UBM upholds the highest quality and safety standards in the industry, with a highly trained and specialized team. Our Quality Control department develops and oversees a full range of QA and QC processes to ensure our premium standards are consistently met or exceeded. 
We have earned the highest manufacturer safety rating and we are GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) – SQF certified and
COR Kosher audited and certified.

Control Processes


Our QA and QC processes include a number of quality control checkpoints that ensure customer satisfaction through an assessment of product compliance, consistency, efficiency and safety.

Quality Standards Program (QSP) systems are put in place for each new bakery item, and we test bake and sample product from every batch produced. The excellent quality of our products is guaranteed because of our superior ingredients, product handling in accordance with in-house quality systems and our state-of-the-art equipment. The results? Top-of-the-line baked goods, every time.

Temperature Control


UBM’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are temperature-controlled to ensure product quality and integrity, including refrigerated shipping docks and around the clock electronic monitoring of all freezers and coolers. Stainless steel multi-functional manufacturing equipment is designed for specific process applications and there are energy saving technologies implemented throughout all processes in the plant.
