Yes, we offer both FTL and LTL North American wide delivery.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes, we have an in-house graphics team who will work with you to develop custom packaging to meet your specifications.
Can you create products outside of your pre-existing product line?
Yes, product creation and customization is central to our business. Our Research and Development team will work with you to create an irresistible product in the format you need.
Do you offer tours of your facilities?

Can you recreate a specific product I’ve sourced?
Yes, our team will work with you to procure the right ingredients and develop a process to replicate the desired product. Contact sales to find out more.
How long does it typically take to develop a new product?
Approximately 4 – 8 weeks
How do you ensure the quality and safety of your products?
We have earned the highest manufacturer safety rating and we are GSFI (Global Food Safety Initiative) certified, GFTC Gold Standard certified (Safe Quality Food Equivalent), HACCP certified and COR Kosher audited and certified. For more information on our QA and QC processes click here.

Do you offer Kosher certified products?
Yes, we are COR Kosher certified.
What product delivery formats do you offer?
All our products come in Frozen, Baked Frozen, Retail Pack and Freezer to Oven formats. For more information please see Product Delivery Formats.
What are the lead times on product delivery?
Approximately 3 weeks on the first order then 2 weeks on subsequent orders.
